​​📌Earthwork, finishing and other activities | "Sovelmash" D&E construction 

Diverse and extensive work is now being carried out at the construction site. 

✅ The area behind the building has been levelled and prepared for asphalt paving. 

✅ On the left-hand side of the entrance to the building: 

— work is underway to install the grounding. A temporary road has been built, and all water supply utilities, storm water drainage and so on have been completed; 

— the work of extending the Internet and all low-current networks is still to be carried out; 

— the input is being grounded in the area where the deep electrical input to the building is made, these are the four doors behind which the transformers are located. In order to route the wires inside the building, work is being done to prepare the input itself. Once these tasks are completed, the building will have a stable voltage supply; 

— all manholes are at level 0 and it will soon be possible to start removing the temporary road slabs to perform final levelling of the site and to make preparations for the future asphalt paving; 

  the temporary fence has been dismantled and its removal will continue. 

✅ In front of the entrance to the building: 

— the site has been levelled and the plate compactor is in operation; 

— a truck with heating radiators has been unloaded. 

✅ On the right-hand side of the entrance to the building: 

— the earthwork is underway: trays have been installed - they have been waterproofed, filled with sand, and you can already observe the pipes being welded together. You can see the sewer manholes, the expansion joints installed, the fully assembled waterproofed chamber through which heat will be supplied. 

✅ In the O&A: 

— on the 1st floor of the O&A, work continues on the installation of interior glass partitions and frames as well as finishing work in the staircase shafts, both inside and outside; 

— heating work has started on the 2nd floor of the office and amenity building; tiling has been done on the 2nd floor mezzanine and the electrical networks are nearing completion (the degree of readiness for the electrical networks is quite high); 

— on the third floor of the O&A, the heating distribution and electrification have already been completed. 

The final stage of installing the elevators is underway.
