​​📌"Sovelmash" D&E construction site today | Installation of heating equipment, control and land survey of external networks and other activities 

The installation of heat engineering equipment is currently in progress at the "Sovelmash" D&E construction site. 

The engineering work is being carried out both outside and inside the building - the project has moved on to the stage of finishing, commissioning and start-up activities going on with both engineering and process equipment. 

This makes it possible to bring the date of putting the facility into operation as close as possible. 

The pipes have already been installed in the heating mains, they are being welded, and the leakage control system is being connected. Waterproofing and other tasks have been completed on a number of nodes. 

Outside the "Sovelmash" construction site, preparations are underway to install the utilities. 

The area has been prepared for asphalt paving: it is now quite flat, and backfilling with sand and crushed stone has been carried out. 

To launch this process an advance payment is to be made, so the attention of everyone interested in the success of the project is called for! The pace of all activities depends on the rate at which investments are coming in. 

The temporary fence units have been dismantled and are gradually being removed. 

A platform has been assembled for the installation of ventilation and air conditioning equipment, which will reduce the vibration load of the entire building. 

The pipes are being treated with a special mixture and put in their intended location, the wells are being installed. 

A trench is being formed for installing outdoor lighting utilities. 

A part of the temporary road has been dismantled for further laying of utilities. 

Work on shaping the vertical layout is proceeding fairly quickly. 

Also, according to the representative of "Oblstroy" Dmitriy Skorobogatov, today, July 11, the control and land survey of the constructed external water supply lines, namely 110 mm diameter branches from the production enterprise "Sovelmash" to the constructed chamber is being carried out for mapping these branches on the engineering topographic plan of Moscow. 

Inside the building, the work is underway to install lighting.
