I am a procurement professional with over 6 years’ experience in government, development and humanitarian assistance in procurement and operations. My experience span across managing general office procedures, dealing with procurement requests and high-volume workloads whilst meeting strict deadlines, in addition to tracking and providing feedback for program strengthening. I possess wide-ranging “problem solving” experience mainly within management with additional skills in Microsoft office package. I am currently working as Procurement and Logistics Officer with FHI360 saddle with the responsibility of Administer FHI 360 procurement policy and procedures in accordance with donor guidelines and requirements, Resolve problems regarding production quality, accounting discrepancies, rejection of bids or received products. As the Procurement/ Operations Associate with Management Sciences for Health, Resilient Sustainable System for Health (RSSH) Project. At MSH, I was saddled with the responsibility of providing logistics support, coordinate the approved Activity Profiles making sure that material, equipment, e.t.c required for the activity are organized and ready for the activity. In addition to the above, I put systems in place in country to ensure that operations are managed, and staff act in full compliance with local laws, adhere to contract/award and donor requirements, and comply with MSH policies and standard operating procedures. I was recognized for my remarkable contribution during the Country Office move of MSH to a new location. As a Procurement Assistant with Economic Community of West African State (ECOWAS), I assist in drafting of Sub-Procurement Committee Reports. Part of my responsibility was procurement archiving/filing, preparation of Request for Quotation, proofreading the terms of references, the Expression of interest (EOI), Bidding Document. I processed documentation and logistic support for the evaluation of Technical and financial report of Abidjan-Lagos Corridor Highway project, West African power project among others with AfDB and EU.
