Currently, a wide range of diverse tasks are being tackled in the "Sovelmash" D&E. Despite the weather, the set tasks are being accomplished and the outlined goal is being pursued with joint efforts. For more details, watch the new video

Inside the building: 

• The finishing work is in full swing in the office and amenity building. The interior glass panels have been assembled. You can already see the completed finishings. The installation of door frames is still in progress, and more and more ventilation utilities are being put in place. Work is underway to form the bathrooms. 

• The temporary storage facilities for engineering utilities are becoming progressively smaller. The engineering systems will soon be assembled and then it will be possible to start installing the climate control systems. 

• All the pipes have already been mounted and routed in the heat distribution station and this facility is now pressurised, the heat insulation has been assembled and the automation cabinets have been installed. 

• On the third floor of the O&A building, the floor is partially screeded and the ventilation utilities are almost fully assembled. 

At the construction site: 

• The area where the construction camp used to be located has been completely cleared. The temporary fence has been dismantled, slabs and metal structures have been removed, and preparations for the installation of the permanent fence are underway. 

• The installation of kerbstone continues. Preparations are underway to backfill and restore the previouly drilled area. 

• At the rear of the building, the main line for transporting the heat transfer agent - ethylene glycol - has been fully assembled, and the heavy machinery is now in operation. 

• A platform is being formed to accept the asphalt. 

During the construction work meeting today, a decision has been made to put asphalt paving on the agenda for tomorrow. Let's hope the weather doesn't fail us and the asphalt on the right side of the building will be paved tomorrow.
